Winter was a busy time for Chef Walker and the Earth Team. In addition to creating the new menu, Chef Walker was honored to cook at several prestigious venues including the James Beard Foundation, CityGrit, De Gustibus, Flanagan’s Table, & Ocean Restaurant. And, most recently, Chef Walker was recognized as a Rising Star from StarChefs!

In October 2012, former Chef Kevin Walsh and Earth won “Top of the Crop – Best Farm to Table Chef” at the annual Harvest on the Harbor event. Chef Walsh prepared Farro Cavitelli, Chicken Ragout, Wild Mushrooms and Heirloom Squash for the sold-out crowd to enjoy.
In August 2011, the Portland Press Herald granted us FIVE stars, after enjoying their dining experience with us. Earth’s review made the front page of the Dining Section and for that, we are so honored!
