Season Finale Celebration
Earth will host its season finale celebration on Saturday, October 26th. Your last chance to dine on your favorite Earth dishes until spring, please visit Earth’s Facebook page to vote for your favorite menu item. Chef Walker will prepare the evening’s menu based on guest suggestions.

Farm to Vine Dinner Series
Earth is pleased to offer our Farm to Fork Culinary series, on select Monday evenings this spring and fall. Each dinner will showcase cuisine per a selected theme, hosted by Executive Chef Justin Walker.
One dinner seating for the Farm to Fork dinner will be available, at 6:30pm, on these select dates. Cost is $68 p/person for a 3 course dinner, plus dessert. Exclusive of alcohol, however special pairings will occur. Reservations are required.

June 3 – Homesteading Dinner
Return to our roots and enjoy a meal comprised of ingredients created from a cow harvest such as cheeses, preserves, and flours.
June 17 – Farm and Foraging Dinner
Menu items will include ingredients foraged that afternoon on Hidden Pond’s grounds and in the local woods.
September 23 – Harvest Potlatch Dinner
Experience a traditional Native American method of cooking over a roaring fire.
October 21 – Craft Beer Dinner
Taste perfectly paired, small batch brews while you indulge in a multi-course dinner.

During busy summer months, Earth features local live musicians outdoors at Farm Bar. Check back next year for the 2014 line up. Past performers include the Jason Spooner Band, Joseph Askov, Lex & Joe and the Scharff Brothers.
