Farm to Vine Dinner Series
Earth is pleased to offer our Farm to Vine Dinner series, on select Monday evenings this fall. Each dinner will showcase cuisine per a selected theme, hosted by Executive Chef Justin Walker.
One dinner seating for the Farm to Vine dinner is available at 6:30pm on these select dates. Priced at $68 per person for a four course dinner, plus dessert. Exclusive of alcohol. Reservations are required.
Monday, September 22 – Zenith of the Harvest
Enjoy a seasonal meal cooked over the roaring bonfire. This year’s menu:
Wood Fired San Marzano Tomato Tortelli Pasta, Sweet Corn Ragout, Basil
Roasted Local Beets, Queso Fresco, Nasturtium Aioli, Duck Cracklings
Diver Select Scallops,
Pickled Chile Salsa Verde
Spit roasted rabbit,
Beach Plum Moustarda
Family style bonfire dishes:
Carnaroli Risotto, Matsutake Mushrooms
Local Kale with Onions and Bacon
Cider Doughnuts, S’mores, Goat’s Milk Ice Cream
Monday, October 20 – Craft Beer Dinner

During busy summer months, Earth features local live musicians outdoors at Farm Bar. Check back next year for the 2014 line up. Past performers include the Jason Spooner Band, Joseph Askov, Lex & Joe and the Scharff Brothers.
